This service is for clients who have already identified a specific grant opportunity and need the application written according to the funder’s guidelines.
Williams DocuPrep reviews the funder’s requirements, application questions, required documents, deadline, and submission instructions, then prepares the written application content for client review and approval.
This service does not include grant research, unless specifically listed in the quote. Application submission is not included unless submission support is purchased as an add-on.

Package Includes:

• Reviewing the grant opportunity and funder guidelines
• Reviewing application questions and required documents
• Writing responses according to the funder’s instructions
• Adapting the proposal language to fit the specific grant application
• Writing or refining the project narrative
• Assisting with the budget narrative, if applicable
• Organizing required information for the application
• Checking for clarity, consistency, and professionalism
• Helping the client present the project with accuracy and excellence

Optional Add-On: Application Submission Support — $150–$350
Application Submission Support is available as an add-on to the Full Grant Application Writing package.​

Client Is Responsible For Providing:

• The grant name and funder information
• Application link, portal, or guidelines
• Deadline
• Required forms and attachments
• Organization documents, such as 501(c)(3), EIN letter, board list, budget, IRS forms, financial documents, or letters of support
• Accurate project details
• Budget numbers and financial information
• Login access or screenshots from the application portal, if needed
• Timely responses to questions
• Final review and approval before submission
• Final submission, unless submission support is specifically included

• Submission is not included in proposal-only or research-only packages. It is available only when Williams DocuPrep prepares the full application and the client provides all required access, documents, and written approval before the deadline.
• Grant research is not included in these packages. Grant approval is never guaranteed. Funding decisions are made solely by the grantmaker. Williams DocuPrep’s role is to help present your project clearly, professionally, and according to the information and guidelines provided.
• I do not work on commission or take a percentage of grant awards. All services are provided for a flat project fee based on the scope of work.
