NDA Agreement
Williams DocuPrep provides a confidentiality agreement to authors who submit manuscripts for service. The agreement protects the author's work and information.
Williams DocuPrep hereby agrees to receive the author’s manuscript for a confidential review. Williams DocuPrep shall perform said review in a timely manner and shall use reasonable efforts to disclose the results of said review to the author or author’s designated representative within 3 to 5 business days of the completion of the review.
Author agrees that any materials submitted to Williams DocuPrep will not be returned. Accepted manuscripts will be physically stored or digitally archived on our secure cloud servers for a reasonable amount of time in the event that you decide to proceed with publishing with Williams DocuPrep Rejected materials will be securely destroyed.
It is hereby agreed between Williams DocuPrep and the author that the copyright and other intellectual property rights attached to the manuscript are the sole and exclusive property of the author and that Williams DocuPrep shall not in any way disclose or use said manuscript without the express written consent of the author.
OUR REVIEW POLICY
While we would love to publish every manuscript submitted to us, our review process does follow certain criteria. Manuscripts that are anti-Christian or do not comply with basic Christian values will be rejected. If your work contains passages of gratuitous violence or sex, or promotes theories that are hostile towards Christianity, it will be summarily rejected.
Finally, please note that if we do in fact accept your manuscript, it is in no way an assessment by us or prediction that your book, once published, will be commercially successful. Our acceptance of your manuscript simply indicates that we are proud to help you share your message with the world. Please be mindful of this when deciding whether to invest time and money into publishing your manuscript.
