Factors I consider when determining rate quote:
PLEASE NOTE: these rates apply only to clearly legible handwritten submission. Should the submission prove to be not as described, we will requote and discuss this with you before proceeding.
Printing & Delivery:
Documents are electronically delivered in MS Word or PDF format. If a hard copy is required charge is $.08 per page. Documents may be printed on your company letterhead or stationery, or on white inkjet paper. Additional copies are $.08 per page. Documents can be mailed by regular USPS or expedited mail for a small fee.
