Rates and Plans
Regardless of the plan you choose you are charged only for the time spent working on your projects including phone calls, responding to emails and running errands, etc. I use time-tracking software to keep accurate time. Your work is given complete attention during the time I am working on your project. If I take a phone call while working on your project or step out of the office I turn off the timer and do not bill you. We'll send you itemized time sheets upon request.
Pay-As-You-Go
This plan is perfect for those who need one time services or don't require more hours for now. Pay only for the time needed to complete your project. Estimates will be provided to you prior to the start of the project. Detailed time sheets can be provided at the request of the client. Rate is per project. All Pay-As-You-Go projects require a 50% deposit prior to beginning work with balance paid upon approval prior to final delivery. Payments and Terms
Retainer packages are prepaid auto-pay via PayPal and requires a 3-month commitment for new clients. The 1st month is paid upon the execution of a Work Agreement with subsequent payments automatically deducted via PayPal. You may cancel at anytime after 3 months. Your automatic deduction date is determined by the date/day you sign up. A maximum of 2 hours of unused time will be carried over to the next month. Any work over and above the designated hours for that month will be charged by the discounted hourly rate and will be invoiced. All hours will be logged. Expenses such as postage, envelopes, office supplies, printing, long distance, hosting fees, etc are charged separately. I may accept business or personal checks drawn on local banks only.
