CERTIFICATE B: This offer provides accommodation for three days and two nights for two adults, one of which must be 21 years of age or older, and up to 2 children 12 years of age or younger. Valid for US and Canadian residents only. You must book your reservations with a 60-day advance notice. All reservations are based on availability. Availability may be limited during peak seasons, holidays, and weekends. Surcharges may apply during these times and in some locations. Valid for hotel accommodation only and does not include room taxes or hotel surcharges. One vacation certificate per household can be used per year. This offer is not valid for groups or conventions. A $50.00 refundable deposit is required when registering the reservation form with the reservation office. The deposit is returned to you by the reservation office after your stay has been completed, minus a $10 reservation fee. Extra nights are available through the reservation office. The reservation form will be valid for one year from the issue date. Only one reservation form may be used per family in any twelve-month period.
