Interior Design & Typesetting For Paper Edition Of Book:
1 cent per word, up to the first 35,000 words. 1/2 a cent per word for any additional words thereafter. Minimum $175 per book.

The actual cost is determined by variables such as interior footnotes, endnotes, tabular composition, or other non-text elements will be less than books with elements that take more time to format, such as pull quotes, sidebars, text boxes, graphics or images, fill-in-forms, or other items that will require a complex layout.
