About WDP

My name is Angeline Williams. I am a God-fearing Holy Spirit led Christian Author of three bestselling books to date, with plenty more to come. I am the owner of Williams DocuPrep. I have worked in the printing and publishing industry for over 30 years. I was a single parent who worked and attended Miami-Dade Junior College, studying journalism. Circumstances caused me to leave school, and although I did not complete the degree, I learned skills that have carried me over the years.
I started working in the printing and publishing industry in 1980, working at a small newspaper company in Miami, Florida as a typesetter, layout artist and proofreader. From there I worked at magazine and printing companies. Always having the desire to start my own business, I started Williams DocuPrep in 1993 with the goal to exceed the expectations of my clients with the skills I have cultivated during my career.
I worked a full-time job during the day at a printing company and would come home and work in the evening typesetting and designing documents for my clients, which included funeral homes, printing companies and ministers who were writing and self-publishing their books and devotionals. Soon I started receiving calls from others who wanted to publish books. I spoke with many authors who had paid thousands of dollars to self-publish their book, and my heart went out to them because I knew they had been taken advantage of. Even after paying thousands, many of these authors were tied into contracts which gave up a good portion of their book's earnings and some of their rights.
For me, Williams DocuPrep is ministry! My primary vision for Williams DocuPrep is to assist authors, speakers, and nonprofits with their administrative tasks and publish books that let the world know we serve a tangible, loving God. To publish books that edify, equip, and encourage people to live their God given purpose, earn all their profits, and not pay thousands to do it. So, I prayed and asked God to send the people He had given a message to that He wanted to publish books, and He has.
