Psalms 139 says, “All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.” God designed our destiny before we were born. He puts desires and dreams in our hearts at an early age to guide us into our calling. You probably have many talents, and skills and at least one or more spiritual gifts. Over the years I’ve talked with several people who say God has called them to write a book. They dream of writing books for a living, but wonder if that’s even possible for them. I’ve shared valuable information with them to help them publish for free that some companies charge thousands of dollars for and they sat it on a shelf and to this day they haven’t published. Most people who don't obey the call to write feel as if they don't have the skills, but what they fail to realize is that you can develop skills, but you can’t fabricate a calling, neither can you comfortably ignore it. Procrastination is a deadly enemy to one’s destiny.
So I ask you, are you called to write? When we are called to write we cannot keep from writing. We have to write. When we’re not writing, we are thinking about writing and wishing we were writing. So even if a Kingdom Writer sits their calling on the shelf the desire never leaves. Does this sound like you? If so, you are a writer. You just need to write.”
I believe God has a powerful anointing on the pen and it is our duty as kingdom writers to let the world know that our God is a tangible and loving God. I believe it is part of my calling to work with would be authors to fulfill their destiny.
