Hiring WDP is very cost effective.  Our flexible and convenient billing plan is designed to suit your needs; all without the overhead. Whether you are looking for project-based or ongoing support, WDP has you covered. Our normal hourly rate is 

• My basic rate per hour for those needing occasional support starts at $20 per hour. 
• Customized monthly retainer packages for ongoing support starts at $10.50 per hour. 
• Debit and credit cards are accepted via PayPal.

The ​​retainer plan is the most cost effective option for clients who need ongoing administrative assistant. The great thing about a retainer plan is most of the services I offer are available under the retainer plan.

How many hours do you need a helping hand?

• I offer weekly, biweekly and monthly hourly retainer packages. The hour requirement is a minimum of 5 hours per month.
• Rates are prepaid and payable via PayPal.
• ​​​​Billable time is based on actual time and rounded up to the nearest minute. ​

​Project Based works best for clients who don't know how many hours they will use and don't want to be committed to a monthly based plan. Let me know your requirements and I will provide you with an estimate before work begins.

The terms of project based agreements are negotiated individually and described in the signed agreement. 

• There is a one-hour minimum charge for service requests. 

• A 50% deposit is required of the estimated cost of your project, which must be paid prior to commencing work.
• The final balance may change depending on additions by the client and is due upon completion of the project and prior to delivery of completed work. 
• Clients will be charged for secondary costs such as customer changes, custom stationery, postage, printing, faxing, shipping or other mailing charges. 
• After hours, holidays and rush and weekend services may incur additional cost.
• A 24-hour notice is requested for all services. I will always try to fill last minute needs, however rush services may incur additional cost depending on project complexity
• Additional mileage charges may apply for local clients.
• In the event completed work needs to be shipped, payment must be received in full prior to shipping.
• In the case of projects lasting over thirty (30) days, a retainer plan will be required.
